1. Why should I use filters?

If you want to focus on specific KPIs or channels, the filter function allows you to narrow down the data displayed on your dashboard. By applying a filter, only the selected data will be shown.

For example, you can set a filter to view the performance of a specific channel, such as Meta.

2. How can I set filters?

Filters can be applied at two levels:

  • Global filters: Apply to the entire dashboard and affect all widgets

  • Widget-specific filters: Apply only to individual widgets, allowing for different data views within the same dashboard

2.1. Setting up filters:

  1. Choose a parameter: Select the data you want to filter.

  2. Select an operator: Define how the parameter should be filtered.

  3. Set the parameter value: Enter the specific value you want to filter by.

To enable or disable a filter, simply click on the eye icon on the right. To delete a filter, click on the trash bin icon.

2.2. Global vs. Widget-specific filters:

  • Global filters can be accessed from the main dashboard toolbar at the top of the screen

  • Widget-specific filters can be accessed in two ways:

    1. For existing widgets: Click the three dots in the corner of a widget, select “Edit”, and locate the “Filters” input field

    2. For new widgets: The “Filters” input field is available during the widget creation process for all widget types

The flexible filtering approach allows you to compare different segments of your data side by side within the same Dashboard View.
