1. When was my data last updated?
To see, when your data was updated by Admetrics, open the sidebar on the left. You can now see, that Admetrics updated the data from all the different data sources at 14:38.
To see the exact timestamp when your data was last pulled from your data source, you can go to Settings > Edit under Data Integrations.
In the screenshot you can see, that your data from Shopify was pulled at 10:33 and the data from Tiktok was pulled at 10:20
You need to differentiate between the updates in the Data Studio and the updates from your Data source.
The timestamp in the sidebar shows the latest processing update, which is typically more recent than the integration pull time.
2. How often does my data gets refreshed during the day?
Depending on your current plan, your data will be updated in regular intervals. These intervals are 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 12h or 24h.
If you subscribed to a plan that enabled 2h data refresh intervals, data from your enabled integrations will be updated every 2 hours. The recency of the data refreshed is usually under 30 minutes, which means data that is refreshed at 14:00 will be visible 14:30 in the dashboard.
