Whether you notice data discrepancies, visual glitches, or unexpected behaviors, our reporting system is designed to collect the necessary information to help us resolve your issue quickly.
1. Accessing the Report Feature
1.1 Finding the Report Button
To report an issue, simply click on your avatar or name in the dashboard to open the Profile menu. Within this menu, you'll find the Report an issue button. Clicking this button opens a popup window where you can describe your concern.
1.2 Writing Your Report
While you have the option to describe your issue in detail, the description field is optional. Our system automatically collects essential debugging information in the background, making it possible to submit a report even without a written description.
2. What Diagnostic Information is Sent for Fast Issue Resolution?
2.1 Diagnostic Information
To get you back to business as quickly as possible, our system gathers key diagnostic information, including:
Full URL of the page where the issue occurred
Recent requests made to our servers
Browser information and technical details
2.2 Screenshot Feature
If your browser supports screen capture, you'll be prompted to allow Admetrics to take a screenshot of the current page. This feature:
Only captures the dashboard page you're currently viewing
Excludes any content outside the browser tab
Requires your explicit permission through a browser prompt
Helps our team better understand visual issues or specific data states
