How to Set up the Chrome Extension
Our Chrome extension integrates powerful KPIs directly into your ad manager, giving you comprehensive metrics for campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
1. Download and Pin the Extension:
Visit the Admetrics Chrome Extension page.
Click "Add to Chrome" to download and install the extension.
After installation, click the puzzle piece icon on your toolbar and pin the extension for easy access.
2. Configure the Extension:
Open the extension by clicking the Admetrics icon on your browser toolbar.
Log in using your Admetrics credentials.
Choose your preferred attribution model and window.
Select a metrics list or create a custom set of KPIs within your Admetrics account.
3. Integrate with Ad Managers:
Meta:
Open your Meta Ads manager.
Navigate to the Campaigns, Ad Sets, or Ads section.
Click on "Customize columns".
Add only the relevant ID for the level you're reporting on: Campaign ID, Ad set ID, or Ad ID.
Move it to the first position.
Confirm with "Apply".
Save the new view as a preset.
Google:
Open your Google Ads manager.
Navigate to the Campaigns, Ad groups, or Ads section.
Click on "Columns".
Add only the relevant ID for the level you're reporting on: Campaign ID, Ad group ID, or Ad ID.
Move it to the first position.
Save the new column set.
Confirm with "Apply".
TikTok:
Open your TikTok Ads manager.
Navigate to the Campaigns, Ad groups, or Ads section.
The selected metric list will be displayed automatically.
Now you’re ready to enjoy real-time tracked data directly in your ad managers!
Note:
If the data displayed in your ad manager is not as expected, you can enable the Debug Mode within the extension. This will help us identify any issues.
Once enabled, you can share the debug details with us by clicking the Support button in the bottom right corner.
Troubleshooting
If your Chrome Extension has some issues, don't worry! Here's what you can do:
Enable Debug Mode
Open the extension popup and enable the debug mode. Once activated, you’ll notice a debug bar appear at the bottom of your screen.
File a Support Ticket
On the debug bar, you’ll find a button on the right to file a support ticket. Click it, and the Chrome Extension will automatically send a request to our support system.
This request will include important information, such as the current state of the extension, any fired queries, and other details, so we can help you quickly and effectively.
