When working with data, it is totally normal that some issues can occur. In the following the most common issues will be explained as well as how to fix them.
What issues can occur with Data Loading?
1. No data available
If this issues is shown, there are two possible causes:
There is only data at a certain time point, but not during the last pull. For example, if there is facebook integration with some spending at the beginning of the current month, but nothing during the last pull it will be shown as no data warning.
In general that is not a problem and just an additional information for you that pulls are happening but nothing is loaded. If you do not spend anything, it is fine. If you expect to see data and the Data Studio says there is no data, it might be an indicator for an issue. In this case you can contact [email protected] in this case.
There is actually no data in your source. Therefore, the issue should be solved directly in your integration source.
2. Re-authentification necessary
In this scenario a re-authentification in your data source is necessary. This might happen e.g. when the authentification is expired. In this case you will receive an e-mail which links to the data source that needs to be re-authentificated or you can directly do it in the settings by clicking on “re-authenticate”.
3. Amazon Integrations
