Best practices for choosing the right export method
With Admetrics, you can quickly export the exact dataset you're viewing in the performance dashboard. Whether you need it for internal reports, stakeholder sharing, or further spreadsheet analysis, the export function is designed to be simple and flexible.
1. Configure Your View
Before exporting, make sure to set up your performance view with the metrics, filters, and breakdowns you need. The export will reflect exactly what you see in the UI.
1.1 Apply Filters and Metrics
You can tailor the export by adjusting date ranges, attribution settings, and selecting only the most relevant KPIs like ROAS, POAS, or CAC. This helps ensure your exported data is focused and actionable.
2. Open the Export Menu
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard, next to the download icon. From here, select "Export" to open the list of available options.
As shown below:
2.1 Choose Your Export Format
You can choose from several export methods based on your workflow:
Download as Excel - great for detailed spreadsheet analysis
Download as CSV - ideal for compatibility with other tools
Export via scheduled E-Mail - for automated report delivery
Export to Google Sheet - live collaboration with your team
Export to Slack - share results directly into team channels
Export to AWS S3 - connect with your cloud workflows
Manage Exports - review or cancel scheduled and previous exports
Most users prefer Excel or CSV exports for their flexibility and ease of use.
