To enable multi-touch attribution models (additionally to Last Click attribution) you will have to set up conversion tracking.
Enable tracking in the settings.
You need to enable tracking and in case you use a consent mechanism, configure it. The conversion tracking script is then automatically added to all shop pages once the app is installed.
Set up conversion tracking on the checkout page.
- Open the admin page of your shop (e.g.
example.myshopify.com/admin
). - Go to Settings → Checkout and accounts → Order status page
- Add the following snippet to "Order status page → Additional scripts":
<script id="js-app-admq-data" type="application/json">
{
"sid": "{{ shop.id }}",
"oid": "{{ checkout.order_id }}",
"cid": "{{ customer.id }}",
"on": "{{ checkout.order_name }}"
}
</script>
<script id="js-app-admq-script"
src="https://shopify.admetrics.events/conversion-v1.min.js"
></script>
Custom Pixel when Shopify Checkout Extensibility is enabled
In case you have Shopify Checkout Extensibility enabled please follow these instructions to enable the tracking:

In some rare cases, you might need to install the script on your page manually: If your theme.liquid
cannot be updated automatically, please add the snippet manually to your main layout file. The goal is to load the tracking script on all pages of your shop by following this guideline.
