1. What is the Conversion Paths View?

The Conversion Paths feature displays customer journeys that lead to a conversion in a clear, tabular format. You can also view the revenue generated by these journeys and identify which combinations of touchpoints contribute the most to your overall revenue.

2. What can I do in the Conversion Paths View?

Select a period, set a Filter

The "Period" field allows you to set the time span for which the data will be visualized in the Data Studio. By clicking on the triangle on the right, you can either select a predefined period from the dropdown menu or set your custom time frame. The "Period" field allows you to set the time span for which the data will be visualized in the Data Studio. You can also set a filter to filter out irrelevant information. You can find more information about filters here.

Share your View

You can share your current view to your team members by clicking on this symbol in the top right corner. If you want to share exactly the same view, you should choose β€œstatic”. If you want to allow others to change the time references of the data, you should choose β€œrelative”.

For instance, if today is 19th September and you have selected the last seven days as your period and chosen Static, your team member will see the data from 12th to 19th September, no matter on which day he opens the link.

However, if you choose Relative and your team member opens the link on 22nd September, they will see the data from the last seven days relative to their current date, which would be 15th to 22nd September.

Turn Toggle Sorting on or off

The toggle sorting function allows you to sort columns by clicking the two triangles in each column. You can switch between ascending (lowest to highest) and descending (highest to lowest) order.
