1. What is the Products Sold View?
The Products Sold View acts as a shortcut for you to access business insights at a product level. With just one click, you can gain insights into the performance of your products. This view is an efficient way to find product-related information that you could also customize in the Performance View.
2. What can I see in the Products Sold View?
Period, Attribution, Filters, Share View
Some elements, like Period, Attribution, Filters and Share View are the same as in the Dashboard View. You can find detailed information about these in the linked articles.
Breakdown
By clicking on the Breakdown button, you can choose on what breakdown the data is shown in the table. Your options are:
Product: The general product, e.g., Men's Cotton T-Shirt
Product & variant: Product with its variant, such as color or size
Product type: The overarching product category, e.g., Apparel, Accessories, or Home Decor
Pin the first column
By clicking on the pin icon, you can pin a column so that it remains visible when you scroll to the right of the table.
Turn Toggle sort on or off
The toggle sorting function allows you to sort columns by clicking the two triangles in each column. You can switch between ascending (lowest to highest) and descending (highest to lowest) order.
Export
Clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner gives you options to export your data.
When exporting data, you can select between various data formats. By clicking on “Export via scheduled email,” you can also schedule regular exports of your reports. You can manage the recipients and set the frequency for these reports. Under “Manage Exports,” you can view and edit the scheduled email reports you've created.
